Spring 2011 Newsletter

2011 MONTHLY DUES

REMINDER: Effective January 1st,

HOA monthly dues are now

$155.00 a month.

AUTO BILL PAY

For those of you interested in setting up your monthly HOA fees to be paid automatically from your bank account, please note the following mailing address:

100 Courtyard Lane

Centerville, UT 84014

Any and all correspondence via mail should be sent to this address.

REMINDERS

Please write your unit number on your checks. We’ve had several checks with no unit number on them and we’ve had to research to find out who it needs to be applied to.

Garbage cans are to be stored in your garages and should not be stored outside of your unit.

Homeowners Insurance Policies: If you have not done so already, please send a copy of your homeowners insurance policy declaration page to the HOA. This can be turned into the HOA payment mailbox. The HOA requires proof of insurance.

Parcel Keys: We have new keys on our mailboxes. Please be advised that these keys are used by the post office for those that receives parcels (items larger than what can fit in your mailbox). If you receive a parcel, the mailman will put one of the parcel keys in your mailbox for you to retrieve your parcel. Once you get your parcel out, hang the key on the parcel for the next use. DO NOT KEEP THE PARCEL KEYS!!!

FHA APPROVAL

UPDATE: Our application will be turned in the first week of March. It’s been a long and arduous process but we are that much closer to being approved. More information will come available as we receive it. Jason Postma has been handling our application and we thank him for all his time and efforts.

PETS

Please note: if you have a dog, it is against our policy to leave your dog unleashed while on the premises.

Effective immediately: There will be a $50 fine assessed to any resident of Courtyard who has been reported for not picking up after your pets, ie doggie doo doo. If you notice someone not picking up after their pet, please notify a member of the board immediately with the violator’s name and/or unit number. We will put a lein on your home if the fine is not paid promptly.

We’d like to thank Susan Last who has stepped down as the Secretary. She has put in long hours and service in our behalf and always put our interests on the table. We’d also like to welcome Marjorie Allen who has assumed the position as Secretary and look forward to working with her.
